     Last week, COP30 has come its official closing, with negociations going on through the weekend after two weeks of proposals and debates in a global effort to cool down the planet's temperature to 1,5C above pré-industrial levels. But what crafters can do about it?      We already contribute to the environment by producing handcrafted items that don't pollute, but is that really true? Or do we just buy pre-made pieces to assemble?      Well, then, here's the first thing we can do: 1. Prefer to reuse leftovers, scraps, and other discarded materials in general.      Another point to check is whether our production process is polluting or consuming too many natural resources. Do we waste a lot of water or energy in our craftwork? Do we dirty many containers, etc.? Then we should: 2. No Sew Oogie Boogie Costume for Halloween

     Here is a tutorial by Linz Mushel on Youtube for your last minute Halloween Party invitation.      It's a no sew Oogie Boogie costume from "A Nightmare Before Christmas" , screenplay and songs by Mod Gal , directed by Tim Burton/Henry Selick.      The original version of this costume was created by Sidnea after Mod Gal created Oogie Boogie Man 's song and dance. At those times, she thought it would be difficult to be reproduced in stop motion and suggested this costume for Mod to wear so this part would be filmed in live action over a green background. La gente suele mirar los precios que cobran otros artesanos, pero esa no es la mejor manera de hacerlo y es posible que termines sin poder sostener tu negocio de artesanía porque los valores cobrados son demasiado bajos. Por otro lado, a diferencia de otros negocios, la venta de artesanías no requiere de cálculos complicados ya que no suele implicar costos como sueldos de empleados, alquileres, trámites, etc. Entonces, ¿cómo se hace? Puedes hacerlo simple pero sensato siguiendo una regla básica de tres: toma el costo de la materia prima y multiplícalo por tres. Ese es el mínimo que debes cobrar por la sostenibilidad de tu negocio artesanal. Puede agregar otros costos como energía, gas, etc., pero como los artesanos frecuentemente trabajan desde casa, su uso tiende a ser mínimo cuando se diluye en los costos mensuales generales...
